Arts on Main

Lines are everywhere, we must just be tuned in to find them wherever we are. Line drawings are one of,if not the purest forms of drawing. The way that line moves across a surface is timeless and can never be changed. Once the line is made, it is there forever. Lines provide the structure to a drawing and any form of doodling, drawing and painting. Even street art starts with one simple line. 

While visiting Arts on Main at the Maboneng Precinct yesterday, these beautiful mural and line paintings caught my attention. The line usage is very unique and interesting. It is truly inspiring.
